The Island Packet 350 was introduced in 1997 and touted the most changes of any Packet to date. She featured a new flatter & beamier hull, a shorter bow sprit, Hoyt Staysail Boom, Athwartship Aft Berth, molded Swim Platform and other features detailed below. The 350 was also the first new IP model that had a Furling Mainsail as a factory option. They were manufactured from 1997 to 2003.
With all of the improvements it was a better performer that was easier to sail with a more comfortable interior.
Quaich was the last 350 built. She is owned by an experienced IP sailor who listed her before the holidays but then was caught by our crazy winter before he could finish getting her ready for sale. We still have ice & snow on all of our boats. I hope that we will be ready for showings and able to get clients on in another week. The seller is working on his equipment list and wants to remove some personal clutter.
In the meantime, please, call Jim Elliott (410-708-4422) to discuss this 350 and to set up a tentative appointment to view her. She is on the hard in Rock Hall, MD.
Looking forward to working with you,
